Two self-build plots for sale
Plot 31 and Plot 32 are for sale: 250 square metres each, offers in the region of £70,000 each, offers by 31st March. The plots may be sold sooner if an acceptable offer is received.

Another chance to visit one of the UK’s newest cohousing schemes. Come and find out how we did it and why we love it!
Join us at Chapeltown Cohousing to learn more about who we are, what we do, and why we’re into this way of living. On the day, you can expect to explore our sustainable living spaces, meet some of our friendly members, and discover the benefits of cohousing. We’ll also be telling the story of how we got here and sharing ideas about how to set up a community-led housing project.
Whether you’re curious about communal living or looking for answers to specific questions, this event is for you. See you there!

Getting there
ChaCo is about a 40-minute walk from Leeds railway station. We are on the 12, 13 and 13A bus route: get off at the Barrack Road stop and walk up the alleyway. Entering “Chapeltown Cohousing” into Google Maps directs you to our car park next to the common house.
If you are coming by car, there is limited space in our car park, so please find a space on Leopold Street or one of the adjoining streets.
Community Day (July 2026)
Our summer community day was held on Saturday 4 July 2026, 12:00–15:00, at the Common House on Leopold Park Road, Leeds LS7 4AX — and it was a great success. Visitors saw the site, heard residents’ stories, asked questions and shared lunch together.
