Two self-build plots for sale
Plot 31 and Plot 32 are for sale: 250 square metres each, offers in the region of £70,000 each, offers by 31st March. The plots may be sold sooner if an acceptable offer is received.

Open Day 2026
Our summer open day was held on Saturday 4 July 2026, 12:00–15:00, at the Common House on Leopold Park Road, Leeds LS7 4AX — and it was a great success. Visitors saw the site, heard residents’ stories, asked questions and shared lunch together.
Thank you to everyone who came along. We hope to run another open day in 2027 — details will be posted here when confirmed.
